Pack Your Items

Securely pack the unwashed and unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels remain attached.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the shipment arrives at our warehouse.
